The NSSF Real Solutions works on behalf of Federal and other industry leaders to promote firearm safety and the responsible use, storage and ownership of firearms. The organization serves as a leading voice in the national conversation to promote responsible actions among legal gun owners, prevent accidents and keep guns out of the wrong hands. All of those actions make our homes, neighborhoods and communities safer.
This operation is a joint initiative between the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to help Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL) make well-informed security-related decisions to deter and prevent thefts. Vista Outdoor also supports the FFL Protection Act, federal legislation that would increase penalties against those who steal from FFL retailers. Since 2016, more than 15,000 guns were stolen from FFL retailers, many of which go on to be used in subsequent crimes.

The Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation is 501c public charity responsible for all aspects of the Scholastic Clay Target Program and Scholastic Action Shooting Program across the United States. SCTP and SASP are youth development programs in which adult coaches and other volunteers use shooting sports to teach and to demonstrate sportsmanship, responsibility, honesty, ethics, integrity, teamwork, and other positive life skills.
